I’m not a chef — I’m just someone who loves really good food and has zero patience for recipes that don’t deliver.

If it’s big on flavor, realistic to make, and actually worth repeating… it earns a spot here.


Most of these recipes didn’t start with me — they started somewhere else… and then I got involved 😏

I test them, tweak them, simplify them when possible… and when it’s not possible, I’ll tell you straight up: this one’s a little extra, but it’s worth it.

Because not everything needs to be easy — but it does need to be good.


This isn’t a chef’s portfolio.
It’s a filter.

Some recipes are quick and low-effort.
Some take a little more time.
None of them are here by accident.

If it’s bland, overhyped, or requires a 15-step emotional commitment… it’s not making the cut.


I like bold flavors, minimal nonsense, and recipes that don’t require a scavenger hunt across three grocery stores.

You’ll find a mix of:

  • “throw this together and impress yourself”

  • “okay this took a minute, but I’d absolutely make it again”

I’m also a busy working mom, which means I don’t live in a fantasy world where dinner magically cooks itself.

I want food that people actually get excited to eat… and ask for again — not just politely compliment once.
